文章介绍了科技文献平台共享与应用推广服务（崇左市服务站）项目的背景，项目通过建设本地特色文献资源库、加强文献平台宣传推广、开展产业发展战略研究和决策咨询服务、开展各类科技创新服务等方式服务崇左市科技创新并取得良好成效，针对区域文献资源建设不足、缺乏科技文献服务专业人才、宣传力度不够、服务手段单一等存在问题，提出加强区域特色科技文献资源建设、加强科技文献服务人才队伍建设、提高文献平台的宣传推广力度、学习其他地区的先进经验和做法以提高服务能力等建议。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the background of the scientific and technological literature platform sharing and application promotion service (Chongzuo Service Station) project. The project has achieved good results in serving Chongzuo’s scientific and technological innovation by building a local characteristic literature resource database, strengthening the publicity and promotion of the literature platform, carrying out industrial development strategy research and decision-making consulting services, and carrying out various scientific and technological innovation services. In view of the existing problems such as insufficient construction of regional literature resources, lack of scientific and technological literature service professionals, insufficient publicity efforts and single service means, this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of regional characteristic scientific and technological literature resources, strengthen the construction of scientific and technological literature service personnel, improve the publicity and promotion of literature platforms, and learn advanced experience and practices from other regions to improve service capabilities.
