摘要:
在新时代背景下,高校人才流失、人员流动性大等问题日益凸显。绩效考核是人力资源管理中的重要环节,也是实现组织目标和员工个人发展的关键手段。如何运用科学合理的绩效考评方法对人才进行有效评价,并为高校人事决策提供参考依据成为亟待解决的难题之一。文章从高校绩效考核在人力资源管理中的应用现状进行分析,并提出针对性措施以改善当前状况,以绩效考核为依据,为高校的人力资源考核评价提供有效的参考。
Abstract:
In the context of the new era, issues such as talent loss and high personnel mobility in universities are becoming increasingly prominent. Performance assessment is an important link in human resource management and a key means of achieving organizational goals and employee personal development. How to use scientific and reasonable performance assessment methods to effectively evaluate talents and provide reference basis for personnel decision-making in universities has become one of the urgent problems to be solved. The article analyzes the current application status of performance assessment in human resource management in universities, and proposes targeted measures to improve the current situation. Based on performance evaluation, it provides effective reference for human resource assessment in universities.
