文章介绍了“新学科”背景下，学科交叉融合与创新发展的意义及存在的问题，着重介绍了南京医科大学第一附属医院在加快学科转型，积极推进医工、医理、医文等多学科交叉融合与发展，提高学科科研水平、知识创新与服务能力，加快高层次复合型医学人才培养体系建设等方面的思考与探索，旨在探索“新学科”背景下“医学＋”学科建设与创新发展的有效途径。
Abstract:
The article introduces the significance and problems of interdisciplinary integration and innovative development under the background of "new disciplines", and focuses on the thinking and exploration of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in accelerating the transformation of disciplines, actively promoting the interdisciplinary integration and development of medical engineering, medical science, medical literature and other disciplines, improving the level of scientific research, knowledge innovation and service capabilities of disciplines, and accelerating the construction of a high-level compound medical talent training system, aiming at exploring effective ways for the construction and innovative development of "medicine+" disciplines in the context of "new disciplines".
