摘要:
随着医疗卫生服务体系改革的纵深推进，以及国家对“大力发展中医药事业”的高度支持，中医药深度融入医改大局已成必然。中医医院改革深化工作之一，就是要建立符合中医医院自身发展需要、符合中医医院发展规律的现代医院管理制度。文章通过总结现代化中医医院管理制度中的文化建设与人才培养，分析现有不足，提出相应对策，为完善中医医院现代医院管理制度提供参考。
Abstract:
With the deepening of the reform of the medical and health service system, as well as the high support of the state for the "vigorous development of traditional Chinese medicine", it has become inevitable for traditional Chinese medicine to be deeply integrated into the overall situation of medical reform. One of the deepening reforms in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is to establish a modern hospital management system that meets the development needs of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and conforms to the development laws of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. This article summarizes the cultural construction and talent cultivation in the modern management system of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, analyzes the existing shortcomings, proposes corresponding countermeasures, and provides reference for improving the modern hospital management system of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
