摘要:
随着国家培养全科医生对临床实践基地的严格要求，近年来，三级综合医院全科医学科建设逐步规范，要求护士参与全科专业住院医师规范化培训医师的临床实践教育教学，同时收治的住院病人病种包括未分化疾病、各系统常见病、多发病、多病共患病等，对全科医学科护士的专业知识和素质提出了高要求。做好全科医学科护士继续教育培训是科室高质量运行的重要保障。国内目前对全科医学科护士如何培养教育未见统一要求。文章以广西某三级综合医院为例对全科医学科护士继续教育进行研究与实践。
Abstract:
With the strict requirements of the national training of general practitioners for clinical practice bases, in recent years, the construction of general practice departments in tertiary general hospitals has gradually standardized, nurses are required to participate in the clinical practice education and teaching of the standardized training of general practice residents. At the same time, the types of inpatient dieases admitted include undifferentiated diseases, common diseases of various systems, multiple diseases, comorbidities and so on. High requirements have been placed on the professional knowledge and quality of general practice nurses. Continuing education and training for general practice nurses is an important guarantee for the high-quality operation of the department. There is currently no unified requirement in China for the training and education of general practice nurses. This article takes a tertiary general hospital in Guangxi as an example to study and practice the continuing education of general practice nurses.
