文章基于“岗课赛证融通”探讨课程教学改革路径,并在高职“食品快速检测技术”课程中开展实践。围绕“课”的核心,重构课程体系,优化教学内容,调整教学模式;对接“岗”的标准,引岗入课,紧扣岗位技能标准;参与“赛”的展示,紧跟技能大赛评价标准;接受“证”的检验,引入职业技能等级标准。实践证明,基于“岗课赛证融通”的“食品快速检测技术”课程教学改革显著提升了综合育人效果,为高职食品类相关课程的改革实践提供了经验。
Abstract:
The article explores the path of curriculum teaching reform based on the integration of "post, class, competition and certificate", and carries out practice in the "Food Rapid Testing Technology" course in vocational colleges. Centering on the core of "lesson", reconstructing the curriculum system, optimizing the teaching content and adjusting the teaching mode; docking the standard of "post", introducing the post to the class, closely related to the post skill standard; participating in the display of "competition" and follow the evaluation criteria of skills competition; accepting the inspection of "certificate" and introduce vocational skill level standards. Practice has proved that the teaching reform of "Food Rapid Testing Technology" based on the integration of "post, class, competition and certificate" has significantly improved the comprehensive education effect and provided experience for the reform practice of food related courses in higher vocational colleges.
