摘要:
“青塘种”为广西钦州地方特色桂郁金品种，历来都是药农自留种。由于机械混杂、长期无性繁殖、种姜选留不当、不良栽培技术、病虫害等原因，存在种性退化问题。通过有性繁殖更新世代、改善栽培技术、综合防控根腐病、科学选留种等措施，可有效防止种性退化。采用单株选择、分系比较、混系繁殖程序进行原种生产，能实现桂郁金“青塘种”的提纯复壮。
Abstract:
"Qingtang seed" is a local characteristic variety of Guiyujin in Qinzhou, Guangxi, which has always been reserved by the medicine farmers. Due to mechanical mixing, long-term asexual reproduction, improper selection and retention of ginger seeds, poor cultivation techniques, pests and diseases, etc., there is a widespread problem of species degradation. Through sexual reproduction and generation renewal, improvement of cultivation technology, comprehensive prevention and control of root rot, scientific selection of seeds and other measures, the degradation of species can be effectively prevented. Adopting single plant selection, line comparison, and mixed line reproduction procedures for original seed production can achieve the purification and rejuvenation of Guiyujin "Qingtang seed".
