摘要:
粘连性肠梗阻是肠粘连或腹腔内粘连带导致肠内容物无法顺利通过肠道的一类疾病，可归属于传统医学的“腹痛”“肠结”“关格”等范畴；解除梗阻的治疗方法，分为手术和非手术治疗两类，基础治疗包括维持水电解质酸碱平衡、营养支持、预防感染以及胃肠减压等，结合中药、针灸、穴位贴敷、穴位注射等中医方法，促使治疗粘连性肠梗阻得到更加满意的疗效。文章对粘连性肠梗阻的中西医结合治疗方案进行总结，以期为相关治疗研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Adhesive intestinal obstruction is a kind of disease in which intestinal contents cannot pass through the intestine smoothly due to intestinal adhesion or intra abdominal adhesion zone, which can be classified into the categories of "abdominal pain", "intestinal knot" and "dysuria and frequent vomiting" in traditional medicine. The treatment methods of relieving obstruction can be divided into surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment. The basic treatment includes maintaining water-clectrolyto acid-base balance, nutritional support, preventing infection and gastrointestinal decompression, etc. combined with traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, acupoint application and acupoint injection, etc., to promote the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction to get more satisfactory results. This paper summarizes the treatment scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for adhesive intestinal obstruction in order to provide reference for related treatment research.
