为建立发动机原排与整车排放的数学关联模型,文章基于GT-Suite平台提出一种发动机原排与整车排放联合运行的仿真方法。基于GT-Suite平台搭建详细的发动机模型(含Lambda、原排模型)、整车模型以及后处理模型,针对WLTC工况进行经济性和排放的仿真计算,并基于实测数据对模型进行校核,为整车排放部件选型、匹配及优化提供参考和验证。经研究表明该仿真方法可实现整车WLTC工况经济性和排放的仿真计算,油耗仿真结果误差<3%,排放仿真结果误差<70%。

In order to establish a mathematical correlation model between engine original emission and vehicle emissions, this paper proposes a simulation method for the joint operation of engine emissions and vehicle emissions based on GT-Suite platform. Based on the GT-Suite platform, the detailed engine model (including Lambda and original platoon model), vehicle model and post-processing model are built, and the simulation calculation of economy and emission is carried out according to the WLTC working condition, and the model is checked based on the measured data, so as to provide reference and verification for the selection, matching and optimization of vehicle emission components. This paper shows that the simulation method can realize the simulation calculation of the economy and emission of vehicle WLTC operating condition , the error of the fuel consumption simulation result is less than 3%, and the error of the emission simulation result is less than 70%.
