摘要:
文化场馆旅游作为旅游领域中重要的一部分,其旅游热度正逐年递增,相关研究也随之深入。文章重点探讨游客对博物馆旅游中的关注点,结合以往文献,通过访谈专家学者筛选出可能影响博物馆旅游满意度的因素,完成对评价指标体系的初步构建,包括4个二级指标和24个具体影响因素,而后向游客发放调查问卷,获取游客对博物馆旅游满意度的真实感知,同时运用SPSS统计软件和主成分分析法对指标体系进行修正,建立科学合理的博物馆旅游满意度影响因素评价指标体系。最后结合分析结论,提出改善建议。
Abstract:
As an important part of the tourism field, the tourism popularity of cultural venue tourism is increasing year by year, and related research is also developing. This paper focuses on the concerns of tourists on museum tourism, selects factors that may affect museum tourism satisfaction through interviews with experts and scholars in combination with previous literatures, completes the preliminary construction of the evaluation index system, including 4 secondary indicators and 24 specific influencing factors, and then issues questionnaires to tourists to obtain their real perception of museum tourism satisfaction. At the same time, SPSS statistical software and principal component analysis were used to modify the index system, and a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of influencing factors of museum tourism satisfaction was established. Finally, combined with the analysis conclusion, the improvement suggestions are put forward.
