摘要:
研究生导师是国家培养造就高层次人才的关键点，目前，国内研究生团队导师制的研究较少，导师团队建设尚处于理论探索阶段，团队建设不成体系，需在团队构成人数、成员遴选标准、岗位职责、评价标准等方面进行进一步研究和探索。项目组选取了西部高校工科专业的研究生群体为样本，开展了一项关于研究生导师及其团队对于研究生指导的调查统计。从研究生导师团队指导形式、导师指导范畴、研究生对导师的满意度、导师与研究生的见面指导频率、研究生进入导师科研项目时间、导师对学术型和专业学位研究生的差异化指导等方面出发，分析了西部高校导师团队的组建模式对研究生培养的优劣势及存在的问题。探索多类型研究生导师的差异化管理方式，健全研究生导师分类遴选和评价考核体系，优化导师团队建设激励机制，创新新形势下研究生导师团队建设的新模式。
Abstract:
Graduate tutors are the key point for the country to cultivate high-level talents. At present, there is less research on the Mentorship of graduate teams in China. The construction of tutor teams is still in the stage of theoretical exploration, and the team building is not systematic. Further research and exploration are needed in the number of team members, selection criteria for members, job responsibilities, evaluation criteria and other aspects. This project team selected graduate students majoring in engineering from Western universities as samples and conducted a survey and statistics on the guidance of graduate supervisors and their teams towards graduate students. Starting from the forms and categories of guidance for graduate supervisor teams, the satisfaction of graduate students with their supervisors, the frequency of meetings and guidance between supervisors and graduate students, the time for graduate students to enter the supervisor’s research project, and the differentiated guidance provided by supervisors to academic and professional degree graduate students, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, and existing problems of the formation mode of supervisor teams in western universities for graduate training, and probes into the differentiated management methods for multiple types of graduate supervisors, we should improve the classification, selection, and evaluation system for graduate supervisors, optimize the incentive mechanism for supervisor team construction, and innovate new models for graduate supervisor team construction in the new situation.
