文章旨在梳理出新工科背景下地方应用型本科学生创意创新创业能力培养存在的创新创业知识欠缺、创意思维和跨学科综合性素质不强,未能满足地方经济、服务社会需求,创新创业教育没有与专业教育相结合等问题。针对以上三方面问题,提出建构“新知识”“新能力”“新素养”,再进一步结合专业核心能力形成跨学科交叉融合的综合性素质培养思路;建立以“满足地方经济,服务社会需求”为导向的培养目标及能力体系;提出将创意创新创业教育融入专业人才培养全过程,加强“校企合作”资源共建、协同育人解决策略。从学校层面—学院层面—指导教师三层保障,探究出新工科背景下地方应用型本科学生创意创新创业能力的培养路径。
Abstract:
The purpose is to sort out the problems existing in the cultivation of creative innovation and entrepreneurship ability of local applied undergraduate students under the background of new engineering, such as a lack of innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge, weak creative thinking and interdisciplinary comprehensive quality, failure to meet local economic and social needs, and the lack of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education. In response to the above three issues, propose the construction of "new knowledge", "new ability", "new quality", and further combine professional core competencies to form a comprehensive quality training approach that integrates interdisciplinary disciplines;. establish a training target and ability system guided by "meeting local economic and social needs"; propose to integrate creative innovation and entrepreneurship education into the entire process of professional talent training, and strengthen the strategy of "school-enterprise cooperation" resource co-construction and collaborative education. Then, from the perspective of school level, the college level and guidance from teachers, this study explores the cultivation path of creative innovation and entrepreneurship abilities for local applied undergraduate students under the background of new engineering.
