目的:探讨CBL教学联合PDCA循环在西医高等院校中医辨证见习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取广西医科大学第一临床医学院2020级临床医学(5+3)1、2班学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,分别接受传统教学模式(对照组)、CBL教学联合PDCA循环模式(试验组)。通过比较两组学生知识考核成绩、自主导向学习能力及对授课满意度来进行教学效果评价。结果:试验组学生的知识考核成绩、自我导向学习能力及授课满意度均明显优于对照组。结论:应用CBL联合PDCA循环教学能够显著提高西医高等院校中医学辨证见习教学效果,值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effect of CBL teaching combined with PDCA circulation mode in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation internship. Methods: The students of class 1 and class 2 of 2020 clinical medicine (5+3) in the First Clinical Medical College of Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the test group, and received the traditional teaching mode (the control group) and the CBL combined with PDCA cycle teaching mode (the test group) respectively. The results of knowledge assessment, self-directed learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared to evaluate the teaching effect. Results: The knowledge assessment scores, students’ self-directed learning ability, and teaching satisfaction of the test group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion: The application of CBL combined with PDCA circulation teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation internship in western medical colleges and universities, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
