摘要:
三伦枢纽互通内有5座现浇桥梁,共18联1 442 m,为解决该枢纽互通内的现浇梁项目在保证质量安全的条件下快速完成施工任务这一重难点问题,文章结合三伦枢纽互通现浇梁施工现场实际情况,对互通现浇梁施工过程组织、支架设计及技术要点进行阐述。同时为了保证现浇梁施工时盘扣支架的受力安全,对支架各结构构件进行了受力分析及验算,并在三伦枢纽互通现场进行施工实践,施工结果表明该方法是可行的,以期为后续类似的工程提供借鉴作用。
Abstract:
There are 5 cast-in-place bridges in the Sanlun hub interchange, with a total of 18 links of 1 442m. In order to solve the key and difficult problem of quickly completing the construction task of the cast-in-place box beam in this hub interchange under the condition of ensuring quality and safety, this article combines the actual situation of the construction site of the Sanlun hub Interchange cast-in-place beam to elaborate on the organization of the construction process, support design, and technical points of the interchange cast-in-place beam. At the same time, in order to ensure the stress safety of the buckle bracket during the construction of the cast-in-place beam, the stress analysis and verification calculation of each structural component of the bracket were carried out. Through construction implementation at the interchange site of the three wheel hub, the construction results show that this method is feasible and can be serve as reference for similar projects in the future.
