Abstract:
Under the background of policy and technology for the development of "dual-intelligence" cities, this paper takes the human-vehicle-road integration as the research object, clarifies the elements that need to be perceived in the process of urban traffic informatization, and summarizes the "dual-intelligence" application scenarios: vehicle-road coordination, smart operation, and smart management. This paper constructs the architecture of "dual-intelligence" urban transportation informatization, which is divided into acquisition layer, transmission layer, analysis layer and application layer according to the sequence of data flow, which provides theoretical framework to support the development of "dual-intelligence" cities.
