摘要:
随着城市化进程的加速，社区公共空间的改造设计成为城市更新的重要组成部分。文章以南宁市朝阳街道华东社区景观更新设计为例，探讨在城市更新视角下社区公共空间改造设计的重要性和可行性。通过对社区现状的分析，提出了景观更新设计的原则和策略，利用文化资源，并通过整合社区公共空间、优化边角空间、加强风貌协调和增强人景互动等多种设计手法，打造出具有艺术性、人情味和地域特色的社区公共空间，提高社区居民的生活质量和归属感。
Abstract:
With the acceleration of urbanization, the renovation and design of community public spaces has become an important component of urban renewal. The article takes the landscape renewal design of Huadong Community in Chaoyang Street, Nanning City as an example to explore the importance and feasibility of community public space renovation design from the perspective of urban renewal. Through the analysis of the current situation of the community, the principles and strategies for landscape renewal design have been proposed. By utilizing cultural resources and integrating various design techniques such as integrating community public spaces, optimizing corner spaces, strengthening style coordination, and enhancing interaction between people and landscape, it creates a community public space with artistic, humanistic, and regional characteristics, and improves the quality of life and sense of belonging of community residents.
