肢体语言对于演员来说是角色创作和表演过程中不可或缺的精准表达语汇，是演员对舞台形象进行再创造的必要手段。文章以戏剧舞台为例，从肢体语言在戏剧表演中的重要性、作用、有效运用等三个方面，并结合笔者自身的经历与思考，论述了演员如何通过肢体语言的有效运用更好地塑造戏剧人物形象。
- Abstract:

Body language is an indispensable and precise expression vocabulary for actors in character creation and performance, and is a necessary means for actors to recreate the stage image. Taking the theatrical stage as an example, the article discusses how actors can better shape the image of theatrical characters through the effective use of body language, from three aspects: the importance, role, and effective use of body language in theatrical performance, combined with the author’s own experience and thinking.
