摘要:
为了能够有效提高公路建设管理水平，文章提出了在高速公路工程项目施工管理中，要坚持安全生产、职业道德、绿色施工、保障工程质量等原则，继而从分析告诉公路项目建设中存在的问题后，提出完善工程制度、建立施工项目培训模式、薪酬模式、绩效模式、建立健全安全管理、质量管理等措施，为高速公路工程项目实现规范化管理提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to effectively improve the level of highway construction management, this article proposes that in the construction management of highway engineering projects, principles such as safety production, professional ethics, green construction, and ensuring project quality should be adhered to. Then, after analyzing the problems that exist in highway project construction, it proposes to improve the engineering system, establish the construction project training model, salary model, performance model, establish and improve the safety management, quality management and other measures, so as to provide reference for standardized management of highway engineering projeets.
