摘要:
我国施行近26年的《职业教育法》完成了首次重大修订，其对我国职业教育的现行改革及未来发展有着不容忽视的影响。职业院校作为我国侧重技术型人才培养的重要教育机构，其整体教育发展的协调及优化需切实遵循新职业教育法相关要求，在育人管理及办学规划层面做好创新，为学生提供更加贴合时代发展及社会人才需求的教育服务。文章首先分析了新《职业教育法》修订意义，其次分析了新《职业教育法》的执行侧重，最后以普职教育协调发展工作为重点探究内容，提出了《职业教育法》的创新化落实策略与有效路径。
Abstract:
China’s "Vocational Education Law", which has been implemented for nearly 26 years, has completed its first major revision, which has had an undeniable impact on the current reform and future development of vocational education in China. As an important educational institution in China that focuses on the cultivation of technical talents, vocational colleges need to effectively follow the relevant requirements of the new vocational education law in coordinating and optimizing their overall educational development, innovate in educational management and school planning, and provide educational services that are more in line with the development of the times and the needs of social talents for students. This article first analyzes the significance of the revision of the new "Vocational Education Law", then analyzes the implementation focus of the new "Vocational Education Law", and finally focuses on the coordinated development of general vocational education. It proposes innovative implementation strategies and effective paths for the "Vocational Education Law".
