目的：分析综合护理预防ICU俯卧位通气患者压疮发生的效果。方法：回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年5月于桂林市人民医院ICU行俯卧位通气的100例患者临床资料，按不同护理方法分为参照组（常规护理）与研究组（综合护理），各50例。比较两组俯卧24 h的Braden压力性量表评分、不同部位压疮发生率、康复时间。结果：俯卧位24 h，研究组潮湿程度、活动能力、感知能力、移动能力、摩擦剪切力、营养摄取及总评分均低于参照组。研究组各部位压疮发生率低于参照组，ICU入住时间、总住院时间短于参照组。结论：综合护理显著降低ICU俯卧位通气患者压疮发生率，促进康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on preventing pressure ulcer in patients with prone position ventilation in ICU. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients who underwent prone position ventilation in the ICU of Guilin People’s Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022. They were divided into a reference group (conventional nursing) and a study group (comprehensive nursing) according to different nursing methods, with 50 patients in each group. Compare the Braden Stress Scale scores, incidence of pressure ulcers in different parts, and recovery time between two groups of prone for 24 hours. Results: In a prone position for 24 hours, the study group showed lower levels of dampness, activity, perception, mobility, frictional shear force, nutrient intake, and overall score than the control group. The incidence of pressure ulcers in various parts of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the ICU stay time and total hospitalization time were shorter than those of the reference group. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing significantly reduces the incidence of pressure ulcers in ICU patients undergoing prone position ventilation and promotes rehabilitation.
