土压平衡顶管机穿越泥炭质黏土、富水粉细砂等软弱地层时,由于地基承载力偏低、地层渗透系数大,易引发土压平衡顶管机“栽头”、涌水涌砂等情况,文章以某在建的城市电力管廊项目为依托,在对泥炭质黏土、富水的粉细砂层进行双液注浆、高压旋喷桩加固处理的基础上,对土压平衡顶管机的顶管施工关键技术进行了总结,同时结合顶力过大导致管道开裂的实例,详细论述了处理措施的选择及注意事项,最终保证了顶管施工过程的安全,为类似工程提供一定的借鉴。

When the earth pressure balance pipe jacking machine passes through weak strata such as peaty clay and water rich fine sand, due to the low bearing capacity of the foundation and the high permeability coefficient of the strata, it is easy to cause the soil pressure balance pipe jacking machine to "sink", water gushing and sand gushing. Based on the project of a city power pipeline gallery under construction, this article conducts double liquid grouting and high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile reinforcement treatment on the peaty clay and water rich fine sand layers, This paper summarizes the key technologies of soil pressure balance pipe jacking machine for pipe jacking construction, and discusses in detail the selection of treatment measures and precautions based on the example of pipeline cracking caused by excessive jacking force. Ultimately, the safety of the pipe jacking construction process is ensured, providing a certain reference for similar projects.
