摘要:
随着企业对人力资源管理认识的不断发展,管理者对绩效考核越来越重视,纷纷从建立绩效体制机制入手,采用关键事件法、行为锚定等级考核法等各种绩效考核方式,以求全面评估员工的贡献,配合一定的薪酬以及激励机制,达到改善企业管理、达成企业目标的目的。然而绩效考核就像一把双刃剑,应用得当会促进企业高效运转,推动目标达成,焕发企业活力。反之则会加剧企业内耗,阻碍企业创新发展,降低企业活力。文章探讨了现代企业绩效考核存在的问题及有效措施,以供参考。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of enterprises’ understanding of human resources management, managers pay more and more attention to performance evaluation, starting with the establishment of performance system and mechanism, through various performance appraisal methods, such as key event method, behavior anchoring grade evaluation method, and so on. in order to comprehensively evaluate the contribution of employees, cooperate with a certain salary and incentive mechanism, to improve enterprise management and achieve enterprise goals. Performance evaluation is like a double-edged sword, properly applied, will promote the efficient operation of the enterprise, promote the goal to achieve, coruscate the vitality of the enterprise. On the contrary, it will aggravate the internal friction of enterprises, hinder the innovation and development of enterprises, and reduce the vitality of enterprises. This paper discusses the existing problems and effective measures of performance evaluation in modern enterprises for reference.
