科学合理的薪酬体系是企业吸引人才、保留人才和激励人才的最重要因素之一,也是深化落实三项制度改革的关键举措,关系到员工切身利益。为此,H农信联社积极探索适配有效的薪酬管理模式,研究提出建立基于职级体系、以能力和绩效贡献为导向的薪酬体系,打破员工职业发展“天花板”和薪酬分配的“大锅饭”,真正实现“管理人员能上能下,员工能进能出,薪酬能升能降”,从而激发员工活力,牵引员工成长,发挥价值贡献,促进组织发展。

A scientifically and reasonable salary system is one of the most important factors for enterprises to attract, retain, and motivate top talents. It is also a key measure to deepen the implementation of the three systems reform, which is related to the vital interests of employees. To this end, H Rural Credit Union actively explores suitable and effective salary management models, proposes the establishment of a salary system based on job rank system and guided by ability and performance contribution, breaks the "ceiling" of employee career development and the "big pot rice" of salary distribution, truly realizes the "management personnel can go up and down, employees can go in and out, and salary can rise and fall", thereby stimulating employee vitality, traction employee growth, and unleashing value contribution, as well as promote organizational development.
