摘要:
新增硕士学位授权单位建设（简称申硕）是普通本科高校提升办学水平、办学质量和改革发展的重要抓手。全校统一思想，做好顶层设计，是申硕的首要前提。对标对表，采取切实可行的有效措施是申硕的根本保证。文章对普通本科高校申硕的具体措施作了详细阐述，并从管理的视角提出建议，以期为同类高校申硕提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract:
The construction of newly added master’s degree authorization units (commonly known as application for master’s degree) is an important means for ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to improve their educational level, quality, and reform and development. Unified thinking and top-level design throughout the college are the primary prerequisites for applying for a master’s degree. Benchmarking and taking practical and effective measures is the fundamental guarantee of application for master’s degree. The article provides a detailed explanation of the specific measures taken by ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to apply for master’s degrees, and proposes suggestions from a management perspective, with the aim of providing reference for similar colleges and universities to apply for master’s degrees.
