摘要:
目的：研究在老年慢性支气管炎中应用小青龙汤的效果。方法：用随机数字表法将平果市马头镇城北社区卫生服务中心2019年1月至2021年12月间诊治的66例慢性支气管炎老年患者分成两组，n=33。参照组患者接受常规治疗，研讨组则加用小青龙汤。比较两组治疗效果。结果：研讨组治疗总有效率、生活质量评分均高于参照组，研讨组治疗后的症状消失时间均短于参照组，且研讨组治疗后的中医症状积分均低于参照组，两组结果比较差异显著P＜0.05。结论：小青龙汤治疗老年慢性支气管炎能取得良好效果，值得参考。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of senile chronic bronchitis. Methods: Using the random number table method, 66 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis diagnosed and treated in Chengbei Community Health Service Center of Matou town, Pingguo city from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into two groups, n=33. The patients in the reference group received conventional treatment, while the study group received Xiaoqinglong decoction. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate and quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, the symptom disappearance time of the study group after treatment was shorter than that of the reference group, and the TCM symptom scores of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the reference group, and there were significant differences in the results between the two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion: Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of senile chronic bronchitis can achieve good results and is worthy of reference.
