摘要:
在小容量注射剂的生产过程中,产品经常会出现玻屑、纤维、毛发、白点等异物,需要通过灯检工序对产品进行灯检,对灯检不合格产品进行识别确认和剔除。采购自动灯检机,对水针产品进行可见异物检查,提高了生产效率也保证了产品的质量。为了确保自动灯检机各方面性能能够符合设计要求,文章通过对自动灯检机性能进行确认,考察自动灯检机是否能够准确识别水针产品可见异物,确保产品质量能够符合出厂要求,保证患者生命健康安全。
Abstract:
In the production process of small volume injections, foreign objects such as glass shavings, fibers, hair, white spots, etc. often appear in the product. It is necessary to conduct a light inspection process on the product to identify, confirm, and eliminate unqualified products. Purchasing automatic light inspection machines to inspect visible foreign objects in water needle products has improved production efficiency and ensured product quality. In order to ensure that the performance of the automatic light inspection machine meets the design requirements in all aspects, the article confirms the performance of the automatic light inspection machine and examines whether the automatic light inspection machine can accurately identify visible foreign objects in water needle products, ensuring that the product quality meets factory requirements and ensuring the health and safety of patients.
