摘要:
目的：明确我国近五年医疗卫生费用领域的研究热点及趋势。方法：以“卫生费用OR医疗费用”为关键词，来源期刊限定为中国知网数据库中影响力较高的核心期刊和CSSCI期刊，并利用CiteSpace软件对纳入的文献题录进行基本统计分析、研究者和机构共现、高频关键词共现和聚类分析。结果：共纳入2 121篇文献，分析发现平均年发文量为424篇，总体呈下降趋势，研究机构主要以高校和研究院为主，研究热点主题主要聚焦于医疗保障、医疗卫生费用影响因素、医疗服务质量、医患关系四个方面。未来研究方向应从强化公立医院改革、完善公立医院补偿机制、加强慢性病防治管理工作建设、继续深化医保支付方式改革、提高医疗服务质量等方面为控制医疗卫生费用提出建议。
Abstract:
Objective: To identify the research hotspots and trends in the field of medical and health expenditure in China in the past five years. Methods: With the keyword of "health expenditure or medical expenditure", the source journals were limited to the core journals and CSSCI journals with high influence in the CNKI database. CiteSpace software was used to conduct basic statistical analysis, co-occurrence of researchers and institutions, co-occurrence of high-frequency keywords and cluster analysis of the included literature titles. Results: A total of 2 121 articles were included, and the analysis found that the average annual number of articles was 424, showing a general downward trend. The research institutions were mainly universities and research institutes. The hot topics of research were mainly focused on the four aspects of medical security, factors affecting medical and health costs, medical service quality, and doctor-patient relationship. The future research direction should put forward suggestions for controlling medical and health expenses from the aspects of strengthening the reform of public hospitals, improving the compensation mechanism of public hospitals, strengthening the construction of chronic disease prevention and management, continuing to deepen the reform of medical insurance payment methods, and improving the quality of medical services.
