摘要:
随着数字技术的飞速发展,数字化改变了物流行业的原有运作模式,对物流人才提出了新的需求,即数字化决策能力、复合型知识结构、多角度思维模式、主动学习和终生学习的学习态度。文章对当前高校物流人才培养模式存在的不足进行了具体分析,主要表现在课程安排缺乏合理性、培养方式缺乏实践性、考核方式缺乏全面性、师资力量薄弱等方面,并在原有培养模式上提出了课程体系、师资队伍建设、教学模式、校企合作和考核评价机制五个方面的建议。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of digital technology, digitalization has changed the original operation mode of logistics industry, and put forward new demands for logistics talents, namely, digital decision-making ability, compound knowledge structure, multi-angle thinking mode, active learning and lifelong learning attitude. The article provides a specific analysis of the shortcomings of the current logistics talent training mode in universities, which is mainly reflected in the lack of rationality in curriculum arrangement, lack of practicality in training methods, lack of comprehensiveness in assessment methods, and weak teacher strength. Based on the original training mode, suggestions are proposed in five aspects: curriculum system, teacher team construction, teaching mode, school enterprise cooperation, and assessment and evaluation mechanism.
