摘要:
目的:发掘广西产杉叶中医药用途成分,为其开发利用提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对杉叶中的莽草酸进行测定,采用正交试验设计法对杉叶中莽草酸的提取工艺进行研究。结果:采集到广西多批杉叶中莽草酸的含量为9.01~41.29 mg/g,根据正交试验初步得出莽草酸的最佳提取方案为:提取时间为1.5 h,液料比为1∶15,提取次数为2次。结论:杉木叶中含有较丰富的莽草酸,可考虑将其开发利用做为抗病毒药物提取制备的原料,具有较好的社会价值及经济价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the medicinal components of cunninghamia lanceolata leaves from Guangxi and provide references for their development and utilization. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine shikimic acid in cunninghamia lanceolata leaves, and orthogonal experimental design was used to study the extraction process of shikimic acid in cunninghamia lanceolata leaves. Results: The content of shikimic acid in many batches of cunninghamia lanceolata leaves collected from Guangxi was 9.01~41.29 mg/g. According to the orthogonal test, the optimal extraction scheme for shikimic acid was preliminarily obtained as follows: extraction time was 1.5 h, liquid-solid ratio was 1∶15, extraction times were 2 times. Conclusion: The cunninghamia lanceolata leaves contain abundant shikimic acid, which can be considered as a raw material for the extraction and preparation of antiviral drugs, and has good social and economic value.
