摘要:
近年来景观在住宅规划中的地位日益凸显，老旧小区景观规划已不能满足人们现阶段的需求，亟须对老旧小区户外空间进行改造。文章对桂林老旧小区户外空间景观现状进行分析，指出了桂林老旧小区户外空间景观所存在的问题，提出改造原则和改造策略，以期为老旧住宅区的改造提供借鉴。
Abstract:
In recent years, the role of landscape in residential planning has become increasingly prominent. The landscape planning of old residential quarters can no longer meet the needs of people at this stage, and it is urgent to transform the outdoor space of old residential quarters. The article analyzes the current situation of outdoor space landscape in Guilin’s old residential areas, points out the problems existing in the outdoor space landscape of Guilin’s old residential areas, proposes renovation principles and strategies, in order to provide reference for the renovation of old residential areas.
