摘要:
为进一步推进广西新实施土地征收成片开发方案的编制工作，文章结合自然资源部出台《土地征收成片开发标准（试行）》和2021—2022年柳州市柳北区已开展的土地征收成片开发方案编制工作，用实例法分析归纳广西新实施土地征收成片开发方案编制工作当前存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议，为广西成片开发方案的编制提供借鉴参考。
Abstract:
In order to further promote the compilation of the newly implemented land expropriation block development plan in Guangxi, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current problems in the preparation of the newly implemented land expropriation development plan in Guangxi and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the "Standard for Land Expropriation Block Development (Trial) " and the compilation of the land expropriation block development plan in Liubei District, Liuzhou City from 2021 to 2022, so as to provide a reference for the compilation of Guangxi’s block development plan.
