摘要:
目的:研究月桂氮酮、薄荷醇及其不同组合对毛果算盘子乳剂止痒效果的影响,以优化毛果算盘子乳剂的处方组成。方法:采用Franz扩散池装置(高效液相色谱法)进行体外经皮渗透试验与对右旋糖酐致小鼠瘙痒模型的止痒试验相结合的方法,观察不同透皮吸收促进剂及组合对毛果算盘子乳剂渗透及止痒效果。结果:使用促透剂后,毛果算盘子乳剂中的没食子酸渗透速率有明显提高。其中薄荷醇2%+月桂氮酮1%>月桂氮酮1%>丙二酮7%>薄荷醇2%>空白对照组;在右旋糖酐致小鼠瘙痒模型观察中,在使用促透剂后,小鼠对瘙痒的反应明显好转,其中止痒效果薄荷醇2%+月桂氮酮1%>月桂氮酮1%>丙二酮7%>薄荷醇2%>空白对照组。体外经皮渗透实验结果与活体止痒实验结果重合度较高,其中薄荷醇2%+月桂氮酮1%组合在体外经皮渗透实验和右旋糖酐致痒模型实验中促渗、止痒效果均最佳。结论:薄荷醇2%+月桂氮酮1%透皮吸收促进剂组合对促进毛果算盘子乳剂止痒效果最佳。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of laurazone, menthol and their different combinations on the antipruritic effect of glochidion eriocarpum champ plate emulsion, so as to optimize the prescription composition of glochidion eriocarpum champ plate emulsion. Methods: Franz diffusion cell device (high performance liquid chromatography) was used to carry out in vitro percutaneous penetration test and antipruritic test on dextran induced mouse itching model. The effect of different transdermal absorption enhancers and combinations on the penetration and antipruritic effect of glochidion eriocarpum champ emulsion were observed. Results: after using the penetration enhancer, the penetration rate of gallic acid in glochidion eriocarpum champ emulsion was significantly improved. Among them, menthol 2% + laurazone 1% > laurazone 1% > malondione 7% > menthol 2% > blank control group; in the observation of dextran induced pruritus model in mice, the response of mice to pruritus was significantly improved after the use of penetration enhancer, in which the antipruritic effect was menthol 2% + laurazone 1% > laurazone 1% > malondione 7% > menthol 2% > blank control group. The results of in vitro percutaneous penetration test and in vivo antipruritic test are highly coincident, in which the combination of menthol 2%+laurylazone 1% has the best effect in promoting penetration and antipruritic effect in vitro percutaneous penetration test and dextran induced itching model test. Conclusion: The combination of menthol 2% + laurazone 1% transdermal absorption enhancer has the best effect on promoting the antipruritic effect of glochidion eriocarpum champ emulsion.
