摘要:
镓是一种重要的战略储备金属元素。由于镓在铝土矿中含量高(平均0.005%),目前世界上90%以上的原生镓是通过氧化铝生产过程循环碱液中提取,但铝土矿中镓回收率仅10%左右。为了进一步提高铝土矿中镓的回收与利用,文章对镓在铝土矿溶出和分解过程中的行为进行研究,考察母液浓度、温度及相关成分对镓溶出率、分解率的影响情况,并提出在氧化铝溶出和分解过程中提高镓回收率的措施。
Abstract:
Gallium is an important strategic reserve metal element. Because of the high content of gallium in bauxite (average 0.005%), at present, more than 90% of the primary gallium in the world is extracted from the circulating alkali liquor in the alumina production process,but the recovery rate of gallium in bauxite is only about 10%. In order to further improve the recovery and utilization of gallium in bauxite, the behavior of gallium in the process of bauxite dissolution and decomposition was studied in this paper. The effects of mother liquor concentration, temperature and related components on the dissolution rate and decomposition rate of gallium were investigated, and the measures to improve the recovery rate of gallium in the process of alumina dissolution and decomposition were proposed.
