摘要:
目的：了解广西桂林地区三级甲等医院护士下腰痛发生现状和知识水平，分析护士下腰痛知识的影响因素。方法：2022年6月在广西桂林地区两所三级甲等综合医院通过方便抽样方法选取282名护士，采用一般资料调查表、中文版下腰痛知识问卷进行调查。结果：282名护士中266人（94.3%）发生过下腰痛，255人（90.4%）最近一次发作在1年内，疼痛持续时间大多在3周内（86.9%），VAS疼痛评分为（3.78±2.11）。下腰痛知识总分（14.58±3.15），其中疾病共性知识（5.94±1.39），疾病概念知识（2.15±1.06），疾病治疗知识（6.49±1.62）。不同年龄、学历、职称、职务的护士下腰痛知识得分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），多重线性回归分析显示学历、职称是护士下腰痛知识的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论：广西桂林地区三级甲等医院护士下腰痛发生率高，下腰痛知识处于中低水平，应采取措施提高下腰痛知识水平，降低发生率。
Abstract:
Objective: To understand the current situation and knowledge level of low back pain among nurses in class A tertiary hospitals in Guilin, Guangxi, and analyze the influencing factors of low back pain knowledge among nurses. Methods: In June 2022, 282 nurses were selected by convenient sampling method from two class A tertiary hospitals in Guilin, Guangxi, and investigated by general information questionnaire and Chinese version of low back pain knowledge questionnaire. Results: Among the 282 nurses, 266 (94.3%) had low back pain, 255 (90.4%) had the last attack within one year, most of the pain lasted within three weeks (86.9%), and the VAS pain score was (3.78±2.11). The total score of knowledge about low back pain was (14.58±3.15), including common knowledge of disease (5.94±1.39), concept knowledge of disease (2.15±1.06), and treatment knowledge of disease (6.49±1.62). There were significant differences in the scores of low back pain knowledge among nurses of different ages, educational backgrounds, professional titles and positions (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational backgrounds and professional titles were the influencing factors of low back pain knowledge among nurses (P<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of low back pain among nurses in class A tertiary hospitals in Guilin, Guangxi, is high, and the knowledge of low back pain is at a low level. Measures should be taken to improve the knowledge level of low back pain and reduce the incidence.
