摘要:
选取“长株潭”城市群社区养老院、集聚场所、养老医院65～80岁老年人为研究对象，采用实地考察与问卷调查方式并实施分层整群抽样，运用SF-36量表进行整体评价，探讨分析健康老龄化背景下社区老年人生活质量的现状评价以及影响因素。研究发现老年人生活质量与慢性疾病、人口学特征等有着紧密联系，与其生活满意度密切相关，呼吁社会各界与老年人子女给予此类群体更多的关爱、支持与关照，为实现健康老龄化工作目标奠定基础。
Abstract:
In this paper, the elderly aged 65-80 in the community nursing homes, gathering places and nursing hospitals of the "Chang Zhu Tan" urban agglomeration are selected as the research objects. Through field investigation and questionnaire survey, stratified cluster sampling is implemented, and SF-36 scale is used for overall evaluation to explore and analyze the current situation evaluation and influencing factors of the quality of life of the elderly in the community under the background of healthy aging. The study found that the quality of life of the elderly is closely related to chronic diseases and demographic characteristics, and is closely related to their life satisfaction. It calls on all sectors of society and the children of the elderly to give more care, support and care to such groups, so as to lay a foundation for the realization of the goal of healthy aging.
