摘要:
职业教育的发展，需要培养高质量专项人才，而“双师型”教师是培养高质量专项人才的重要组成部分。当前“双师型”教师总量不足且发展不平衡、校企合作深度不足等深层次问题依然存在，文章通过研究“双师型”教师队伍建设的现状，分析“双师型”教师队伍问题、提出“双师型”教师队伍建设要点，为未来职业教育事业的发展提供理论依据，从而推动“双师型”教师队伍的建设。
Abstract:
?he development of vocational education needs to cultivate high-quality special talents, and "double-quality" teachers as an important part of the training of high-quality special talents, the current "double-quality" teachers are insufficient and the development is unbalanced, the insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation and other deep-seated problems still exist, therefore, through the study of the current situation of the construction of the "double-quality" teachers’ team, we analyze the problem of "double-quality" teachers’ team, put forward the key points of the construction of "double-quality" teachers’ team, provide theoretical basis for the future development of vocational education, and promote the construction of "double-quality" teachers’ team.
