摘要:
目的：研究正念认知疗法在老年精神障碍患者中的效果。方法：选择2022年1月至2022年5月于南宁市第五人民医院接受治疗的精神障碍老年患者50例，按照疗法的不同，将全部老年患者分为实验组和对照组，分析两组治疗效果。结果：治疗前，两组SAS评分、SDS评分组间对比，P＞0.05；治疗后，实验组患者SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组，P＜0.05；治疗前，两组MMSE评分、ADAS评分、NOSIE评分组间对比，P＞0.05；治疗后，实验组患者MMSE评分明显高于对照组，ADAS评分、NOSIE评分明显低于对照组，P＜0.05；治疗前，两组生活质量评分组间对比，P＞0.05；治疗后，实验组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组，P＜0.05，实验组总有效率、依从率高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：运用正念认知疗法对老年精神障碍患者治疗，较好地改善患者的临床指标、心理状态。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy in elderly patients with mental disorders. Methods: 50 elderly patients with mental disorders who were admitted to Nanning Fifth People’s Hospital from January 2022 to May 2022 for treatment were selected. According to different therapies, all elderly patients were divided into experimental group and control group, and the treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results: Before treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared, P>0.05; after treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, P<0.05; before treatment, the MMSE score, ADAS score and NOSIE score of the two groups were compared, P>0.05; after treatment, the MMSE score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the ADAS score and NOSIE score were significantly lower than those of the control group, P<0.05; before treatment, the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared, P>0.05; after treatment, the quality of life score of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, P<0.05, and the total effective rate and compliance rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The use of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with mental disorders can better improve the clinical indicators and psychological state of the patients, which can be used.
