摘要:

目的：分析手术室专科护理路径在提高剖宫产手术护理质量过程中的应用效果和临床价值。方法：选择射阳县妇幼保健院妇产科于2021年1月至2021年12月收治的101例需行剖宫产手术产妇作为护理研究对象，以电脑随机分组的方式分成两组，对参照组的50例产妇予以手术室常规护理干预，对研究组的51例产妇予以手术室专科护理路径干预，比较两组产妇的护理质量水平。结果：研究组剖宫产产妇护理后的手术室护理质量评分、患者护理满意度均高于参照组剖宫产产妇（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义；且研究组产妇干预后的术前焦虑评分、术后焦虑评分、手术时间、术后并发症发生率相对于参照组产妇明显更低（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：在剖宫产手术的护理中应用手术室专科护理路径干预的有效性较高，能规范手术室护理流程和提高质量水平，减少术后一系列并发症现象的发生，优化手术过程，改善产妇的不良心理状态，促进产妇的预后。

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the application effect and clinical value of applying the specialized nursing path in operating room in the process of improving the nursing quality of cesarean section operation. Methods: 101 parturients who needed cesarean section from January 2021 to December 2021 in Sheyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as nursing research objects. 101 parturients were randomly divided into two groups by computer. Routine nursing intervention in operating room was carried out for 50 reference group parturients, and specialized nursing path intervention in operating room was carried out for 51 study group parturients. The quality of nursing was compared between the two groups. Results: The nursing quality score and patient nursing satisfaction in the operating room after cesarean section nursing in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. In addition, the preoperative anxiety score, postoperative anxiety score, operation time, and incidence of postoperative complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group after intervention (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The application of specialized nursing path intervention in the operating room in the nursing of cesarean section is highly effective, which can standardize and improve the nursing process and quality level in the operating room, reduce the occurrence of a series of postoperative complications, optimize the operation process, alleviate the bad psychological state of the parturient, and promote the prognosis of the parturient.
