摘要:
医疗行业和医疗技术的飞速发展产生了越来越多的医疗数据，利用区块链技术对医疗数据进行管理和利用对提升医疗数据的价值和利用效率具有重要意义。文章在对区块链技术的特点及其应用于医疗保障一体化数据管理的可行性进行分析的基础上，通过电子病历链、药品信息链、医疗保险链的数据交互和分工合作对医疗数据进行管理，构建了基于区块链技术的医疗保障一体化数据管理模型，可查询药品真伪和追溯交易过程，保障医疗数据的真实性、安全性、可靠性、可追溯性和隐匿性，并实现医疗保险的智能赔付。
Abstract:
The rapid development of the medical industry and medical technology has generated more and more medical data. The use of blockchain technology to manage and utilize medical data is of great significance to improve the value and utilization efficiency of medical data. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of blockchain technology and the feasibility of applying it to data management of integrated medical security, this paper builds a data management model of integrated medical security based on blockchain technology through data interaction and division of labor in the electronic medical record chain, drug information chain, and medical insurance chain. The model can ensure the authenticity, safety, reliability, traceability and concealment of medical data, and check the authenticity of drugs and trace the transaction process, and realize intelligent compensation for medical insurance.
