摘要:
随着中医住院医师规范化培训（以下简称中医住培）内涵建设走上高质量发展道路，基地日常管理、培训安排、院级督导、沟通反馈、师资队伍建设、质量监控等各方面工作逐级细化，将更大程度地依赖信息化管理以提高住培基地的管理效能。“互联网＋”的兴起快速普及了大数据、云共享概念，促进了行业融合，实现住培信息与工作模块相结合的线上模式运行，让住培信息互动、教学沟通反馈效率高效提升，并可望解决高质量发展需求与人力资源局限的矛盾，优化资源配置，实现流程化运作，提升住培管理效能，推动中医内涵建设与培训质量提升。结合南宁市中医医院中医住培工作实际，围绕“互联网＋住培”模式展开实践与探索。
Abstract:
With the connotation construction of standardized training for Chinese medicine residents (hereinafter referred to as "Chinese medicine residential training") on the road of high-quality development, the daily management, training arrangement, hospital level supervision, communication feedback, teacher team construction, quality monitoring and other aspects of the base are refined level by level, which will rely more on information management to improve the management efficiency of the residential training base. The rise of "Internet+" rapidly popularized the concept of big data and cloud sharing, promoted the integration of industries, realized the online mode of residential training information and work modules, improved the efficiency of residential training information interaction, teaching communication and feedback. It is expected to solve the contradiction between high-quality development needs and human resource limitations, optimize resource allocation, realize process operation, improve the efficiency of residential training management, and promote the connotation construction of TCM and improving the quality of training. Based on the actual work of residential training of TCM in Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practice and exploration of "Internet + residential training" mode are carried out.
