摘要:
吞咽障碍作为脑卒中后常见并发症之一，可继发误吸、肺炎、营养不良等，严重可致死亡。近年来，脑卒中后吞咽障碍的治疗受到国内外重视，多以康复技术作为主要治疗手段。针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的优势明显，是一种安全、简便、实惠的疗法。文章通过阐述针刺疗法优势及总结脑卒中后口腔期吞咽障碍的针刺方法分析其理论基础与作用机制，为今后脑卒中后口腔期吞咽障碍的临床研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Dysphagia, as one of the common complications after stroke, can be followed by aspiration, pneumonia, malnutrition, etc., which can lead to death in serious cases. In recent years, the treatment of dysphagia after stroke has been paid much attention to at home and abroad, and rehabilitation techniques are often used as the main means of treatment. Acupuncture has obvious advantages in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke, which is a safe, simple and affordable therapy. Through consulting the related literature on dysphagia, there are relatively few literatures on the treatment of dysphagia in oral phase after stroke with precise acupuncture in recent years. This article analyzes its theoretical basis and mechanism of action by elaborating the advantages of acupuncture treatment and summarizing the acupuncture methods of dysphagia in oral phase after stroke, so as to provide reference for the clinical research on dysphagia in oral phase after stroke in the future.
