摘要:
柠檬香蜂草是一种原产于南欧和地中海两岸地区的唇形科植物,在国内研究较少,在西方国家是作为镇静作用的草药,也被制作成代用茶和膳食补充剂胶囊等,主要含有多酚类、柠檬醛、类黄酮等活性成分,具有抗焦虑、助眠、抗氧化的医疗保健功能。文章对柠檬香蜂草的化学组成、药理学机制、临床前研究等进行阐述,为国内开发柠檬香蜂草作为膳食补充剂提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Lemon balm is a kind of lip shaped plant originating from southern Europe and Mediterranean regions. There is little research in China. As a sedative herb in western countries, it is also made into substitute tea and dietary supplement capsules. It mainly contains polyphenols, citral, flavonoids and other active ingredients, and has the medical and health care functions of anti anxiety, sleep aid, and antioxidant. In this paper, the chemical composition, pharmacological mechanism, preclinical research and other research progress of lemon balm were reviewed, providing a theoretical basis for the domestic development of lemon balm as a dietary supplement.
