摘要:
目的：探究布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠对急性小儿哮喘发作的预防作用以及安全性。方法：选取2021年1月1日至2021年12月31日期间百色市妇幼保健院收治的184例小儿哮喘患儿作为研究对象并展开研究，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组患儿使用布地奈德进行治疗，对观察组患儿在此基础上联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗。结果：观察组治疗后临床疗效均比对照组疗效好，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿治疗后各项指标均低于对照组患儿，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿炎症因子指标改善比对照组患儿显著，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠对急性小儿哮喘发作的预防和安全性更高。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the preventive effect and safety of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium on acute pediatric asthma attack. Methods: 184 children with asthma who were admitted to tBaise Maternal and Child Health Care Center from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 were selected as the objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The children in the control group were treated with budesonide, and the children in the observation group were treated with montelukast sodium on this basis. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) all the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) the indexes of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Budesonide combined with montelukast sodium has higher prevention and safety for acute pediatric asthma attack.
