真空冷冻是利用升华的原理将物料脱水的一种干燥技术，其涉及多学科领域，因而被广泛应用于医药、生物工程等行业，而真空冷冻干燥机作为真空冷冻干燥技术的设备的主体，集中了机械、制冷、真空、传热、液压和自控等多学科复杂技术，其制冷工艺、灭菌能力、制冷量和制冷速率等技术则需要通过多项测试技术进行验证。文章通过冻干机性能方面的测试技术进行确认，考察真空干燥机工作状态的有效性，确保真空冷冻干燥机各方面性能能够使得药品冷冻后不变质，且减少有效成分的损失，可长期用于无菌产品的生产。
Abstract:
Vacuum freezing is a drying technology that uses the principle of sublimation to dehydrate materials. It involves multi-disciplinary fields, so it is widely used in medicine, bioengineering and other industries. As the main body of vacuum freeze-drying technology, vacuum freeze-drying machine integrates machinery, refrigeration, vacuum, heat transfer, hydraulic pressure, automatic control and other multidisciplinary complex technologies Refrigeration capacity and cooling rate and other technologies need to be verified by a number of test technologies. This paper verifies the performance of the freeze drying machine test technology, to investigate the effectiveness of the vacuum dryer working state, to ensure that all aspects of the performance of the vacuum freeze dryer can make drugs do not deteriorate after freezing, and reduce the loss of active ingredients. It can be used in the production of sterile products for a long time.
