摘要:
“秘书礼仪”是广西中职文秘专业课程中极具活力的一部分，该课程的实施质量对文秘专业学生的综合素质和工作能力培养有着很重要的影响。然而，在传统教学中，因任课教师专业水平偏低、教材内容更新滞后、教学评价重理论轻实践、校企合作程度偏低等原因，导致部分学生的学习效果不如预期，职业礼仪知识与技能欠缺。RCEP协议签署后，随着中国与东盟合作的不断深化，广西中职面向东盟培养秘书人才的标准与要求也相应提高。中职文秘毕业生是中国—东盟合作所需人才的重要组成部分，因此亟须推进“秘书礼仪”课程改革以提高文秘人才的综合素质。文章在中国—东盟合作深化这一背景下，对该门课程从教师、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价、办学模式五个方面进行全方位的改革。
Abstract:
"Secretarial Etiquette" is a very active part of the curriculum of secretary major in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi. The implementation quality of this curriculum has a very important impact on the cultivation of the comprehensive quality and working ability of secretarial students. However, in traditional teaching, due to the low professional level of teachers, the lagging updating of teaching materials, the emphasis on theory rather than practice in teaching evaluation, the low degree of school enterprise cooperation and other reasons, some students learning effect is not as expected, and the lack of professional etiquette knowledge and skills. After the signing of the RCEP agreement, with the deepening of China-ASEAN cooperation, the standards and requirements for Guangxi secondary vocational schools to train secretarial talents for ASEAN have also been improved accordingly. Secretarial graduates of secondary vocational schools are an important part of the talents required for China-ASEAN cooperation. Therefore, it is urgent to promote the reform of the curriculum of "Secretarial Etiquette" to improve the comprehensive quality of secretarial talents. Under the background of the deepening of China-ASEAN cooperation, the article carries out an all-round reform of the course from five aspects: teachers, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and school running mode.
