摘要:
双创型产教融合人才是信息化快速发展背景下的紧缺人才,文章将人工智能融入人才培养全过程,结合教育和产业统筹融合的发展格局,探索多元化的办学合作体制以及校企合作的运行机制,建立“人工智能+X”人才培养新模式,应用创新创业学分制,推动智慧工匠校企协同育人,打造“科教+产教”融合平台,可加快创新创业成果转化,为人工智能双创型产教融合人才培养提供路径选择。
Abstract:
The talents of dual-innovation type industry-education integration are scarce talents under the background of the rapid development of informatization. Artificial intelligence is integrated into the whole process of talent cultivation, combined with the development pattern of the overall integration of education and industry, we explore a diversified school cooperation system and the operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, establish a new talent cultivation model of "artificial intelligence + X", apply the innovation and entrepreneurship credit system, promote the collaborative education of intelligent craftsmen, schools and enterprises. The construction of an integration platform of "science education + industry education" can accelerate the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship achievements, and provide options for the talents cultivation of artificial intelligence dual-innovation type industry-education integration.
