摘要:
目的：探讨经鼻腔由支气管镜引导下行气管插管术护理体会。方法：2020年6月至2021年12月，选取155名经鼻腔由支气管镜引导下行气管插管术患者为研究对象，对行经鼻腔行由支气管镜引导下气管插管术的用物准备及护理配合进行总结分析。结果：经鼻腔由支气管镜引导下行气管插管成功152例，转为经口腔由支气管镜引导下气管插管术2例，行气管切开术1例。结论：经鼻腔行支气管镜引导下行气管插管术能够迅速建立有效、安全的人工气道，是抢救和复苏成功的重要环节，经鼻腔支气管镜引导下气管插管术可迅速连接呼吸机或建议呼吸器辅助呼吸，迅速改善患者肺通气，提高患者的氧分压；在插管过程中用物的准备、护理的配合尤其重要，是插管成功的关键之一，极大缩短了插管的时间，增加了患者的治疗依从性，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the nursing experience of endotracheal intubation guided by bronchoscope through nasal cavity Methods: From June 2020 to December 2021, 155 patients who underwent endotracheal intubation guided by bronchoscope through nasal cavity were selected as the research objects, and the material preparation and nursing coordination of the patients who underwent endotracheal intubation under the guidance of bronchoscope through the nasal cavity were summarized and analyzed. Results: 152 cases were successfully intubated through nasal cavity under the guidance of bronchoscope, 2 cases were successfully intubated through oral cavity under the guidance of bronchoscope, and 1 case underwent tracheotomy. Conclusion: Endotracheal intubation under the guidance of bronchoscope through nasal cavity is an important link for the success of rescue and resuscitation to quickly establish an effective and safe artificial airway. Endotracheal intubation under the guidance of nasal bronchoscope can quickly connect the ventilator or suggest the ventilator to assist breathing, rapidly improve the pulmonary ventilation of patients, and increase the oxygen partial pressure of patients In the process of intubation, the preparation of materials and the cooperation of nursing are particularly important, which is one of the keys to the success of intubation. It greatly shortens the time of intubation and increases the compliance of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
