摘要:
目的：系统评价香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效及安全性。方法：通过计算机检索万方数据库、CNKI、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、pubmed、CBM、web of science数据库的有关香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床随机对照试验（RCT），对最终纳入文献根据修改后Jadad质量评价表进行质量评价。运用Revman 5.3统计学软件进行文献风险评估及Meta分析。结果：Meta分析结果显示香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎在临床总有效率、胃粘膜炎症改善、Hp根除率、中医症状积分的改善方面具有良好的疗效，有效延缓慢性胃炎“炎-癌转化”进程。结论：研究表明香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效。但由于纳入研究的方法学质量普遍较低，影响结论的严谨性，仍需要高质量的随机双盲对照试验作进一步验证，为循证医学提供新的思路和方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: The clinical randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis were searched by computer from Wanfang database, CNKI, Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP), pubmed, CBM, and web of science databases. The quality evaluation of the final included literature was carried out according to the revised Jadad quality evaluation table. Literature risk assessment and Meta analysis were performed using Revman5.3 statistical software. Results: Meta analysis results showed that Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis was effective in total clinical efficacy, improvement in gastric mucosal inflammation, Hp eradication rate, and TCM symptom scores, effectively delaying the "inflammatory to cancerous transformation" process of chronic gastritis. Conclusion: The study shows that Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. However, due to the generally low methodological quality of the included studies, which affects the rigor of the conclusions, high-quality randomized double-blind controlled trials are still needed for further verification, in order to provide new ideas and methods for evidence-based medicine.
