摘要:
团支部考评工作是推动团支部建设和发展的重要环节,完善的考评模式有助于促进团支部规范化、标准化发展。然而,团支部考评条目众多,考评指标偏于定性,要达到全覆盖、多层次、科学化的考评目的,需要创新团支部考评方式。模糊综合评价法在多因素综合评价中占有显著的优势,文章通过构建层次分明的团支部考评指标体系,科学合理地确定团支部考评指标权重,选择合适的模糊综合评判模型进行综合评判,并结合实例进行具体操作。结果表明,基于模糊综合评价法的高校团支部量化考评是切实可行的。
Abstract:
The evaluation work of the League branch is an important link to promote the construction and development of the League branch, and a perfect evaluation model will help to promote the standardized and standardized development of the League branch. However, there are many items in the evaluation of the League branch, and the evaluation indicators are more qualitative. To achieve the goal of full coverage, multi-level and scientific evaluation, it is necessary to innovate the evaluation method of the League branch. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has a significant advantage in multi-factor comprehensive evaluation. This paper constructs a clear-level evaluation index system for the league branch, scientifically and reasonably determines the weight of the evaluation index for the league branch, and selects an appropriate fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for comprehensive evaluation, and specific operations are carried out with examples. The results show that the quantitative evaluation of League branches in colleges and universities based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is feasible.
