摘要:
微博、微信、短视频、直播等社交媒体的兴起给新媒体环境下的网络舆情监测和治理带来了新的困难，利用区块链技术可以实现技术与人力的融合，促进机构与群众的舆情合作，对提高社会网络舆情监测能力和治理水平具有重要意义。文章在分析社交网络舆情参与者关系的基础上，通过数据链、分析链、治理链、评价链、任务链、货币链的紧密结合，构建了基于区块链的社交网络舆情监测与治理模型，提出构建全过程多渠道的舆情数据采集、技术与人力相融合的舆情协作、基于个性化推荐的舆情精准治理以及其他可扩展可定制的舆情合作模式等舆情服务。
Abstract:
The rise of social media such as microblog, WeChat, short video and live broadcast has brought new difficulties to Online public opinion monitoring and governance in the new media environment. The use of blockchain technology can achieve the integration of technology and human resources, promote the public opinion cooperation between institutions and the masses, and is of great significance to improve the social network public opinion monitoring ability and governance level. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the participants of social network public opinion, the article constructs a social network public opinion monitoring and governance model based on the blockchain through the close combination of data chain, analysis chain, governance chain, evaluation chain, task chain and currency chain, and proposes to build a multi-channel public opinion data collection, public opinion cooperation integrating technology and human resources, accurate public opinion management based on personalized recommendation and other scalable and customizable public opinion cooperation modes and other public opinion services.
